WORK SCHEDULE

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Patient Services Specialists and other assigned staff
- Direct, schedule and assist in the training of staff; provide feedback to supervisor on staff's performance
- Monitor daily performance dashboard; call waiting, queues, abandon rate and ensure daily work complete and accurate
- Identify and resolve problems or unusual situations; recommend changes as necessary
- Monitor and evaluate policies and procedures to suggest operational changes
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of provider and clinic schedules
- Perform the work of the Patient Services Specialist 1, 2, and 3
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Three years of Patient Support Service experience OR
- An equivalent combination of education/experience
