Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. Working closely with Occupational Therapists, you will carry out treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic activities and ADL training, and document progress accurately. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment, helping patients regain independence while advancing your rehab career with a leading provider of integrated post-acute care.
