                                                  UTILITY PORTER JOB DESCRIPTIONS 

      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Assist bldg. engineers with exterior as well as interior physical inspection of the buildings – 

              reporting deficiencies. 

• Assist bldg. Engineers replacing lamps in common areas and tenant spaces, common corridors, stairwells, restrooms, and janitorial, mechanical, and electrical rooms. 
• Touch up painting as needed in all common areas. 

• Replace damaged or broken ceiling tiles as needed. 
• Assist the bldg. Engineer with inspecting, maintaining, and repairing as needed all access doors into the buildings, ensuring proper use and function. 
• Perform inspections on vacant spaces for cleanliness and ensure they are “Market Ready.”. 
• Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of assigned maintenance work orders. 
• Ability to exercise good judgment. 
• Team player attitude
