Physical Therapist

Adventist Health is seeking a full-time Home Health Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation for patients in their homes. In this mission-driven, faith-based role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and adjust individualized care plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other team members. You’ll support safe mobility, pain reduction, and functional independence while documenting accurately, meeting regulatory standards, and contributing to whole-person care—mind, body, and spirit.
