Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2000 per week.

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience worked in the last 4 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• No current placement allowed at Program: FlexCare Partner Network Program - Adventist Health.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: - No RTO over holidays. - Time off requests may not exceed 2 weeks at a time; prefer no RTO during assignment.

Unit Details: - Staffing ratios: Telemetry 4:1, Med/Surg 5:1. - Uses Pyxis. - IV team available Monday-Friday dayshift only, depending on patient care needs. - No lift team or unit secretary. - Pharmacy and phlebotomy available 24/7. - Transportation available Monday-Friday dayshift only. - Hospitalist coverage 24/7; intensivist coverage 7 days a week on dayshift, with night coverage by phone/on-call.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend rotation expected; may adjust based on business need. - Scheduling is a mixture of self-request and business need. - Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.

Floating Requirements: - You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles. - Required to float to any Med/Surg/Tele department to take patients. - Required to task in ED, ICU, OB, and all other departments.
