Ongoing scheduled clinical hours -- outpatient practice setting
1 patient per shift
General, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia required
Obstetrical and neurosurgical cases required
Complex vascular and complex orthopedic cases required
Central line and arterial line placement required
Pain management -- epidural steroid and transforaminal techniques
Ventilation management and acute volume/BP evaluation required
