POSITION TITLE: Scale Operator

POSITION TYPE:  Full-Time

LOCATION: Rockmart, GA

REPORTS TO: Distribution Manager / Lead

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for performing scale operation duties including probing, weighing, and classifying linen, recording customer information in the computer system, and loading outbound trucks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Carry out special assignments as requested or assigned.
• Obtain/ enter customer information and input in computer system.
• Weigh all linen carts daily using both computer and manual tools.
• Load trucks with processed, weighed linen carts.
• Continuously follow all safety policies and procedures on the job.
• Understands, observes, and adheres to all safety procedures and policies.
• Assist and perform other duties as assigned.
