About Precision Autoworks

Precision Autoworks is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who wants the things that make a difference every day: good diagnostic work, professional equipment, technical backup when needed, and weekends off.

Approximately 30%–35% of the workload is diagnostic work. You’ll have factory diagnostic equipment and professional scan tools at your disposal, Shop Foreman support when you need another set of eyes, and Service Advisors handling parts ordering so you can stay focused on the work in your bay.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Complete general automotive repairs and maintenance
• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Shop-Ware
• Document findings and repair recommendations
• Communicate repair needs with Service Advisors

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• A-Level or strong B-Level technical ability
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Experience with electrical and drivability concerns
• Independent repair shop or dealership experience preferred
