RN Cart Nurse

Schenectady Center seeks a compassionate RN Cart Nurse to provide resident-focused skilled nursing care on our long-term and rehab units. The RN will manage medication and treatment carts, complete assessments, implement and update care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe, high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, monitoring changes in condition, documenting in the EMR, and communicating with providers and families. The role offers ongoing clinical training, collaboration, and professional growth in a supportive, resident-centered environment serving elderly and rehabilitative patients.
