FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, geriatric-focused care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, design functional treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one interventions that improve mobility, safety, and quality of life. Enjoy clinical autonomy with strong support, mentorship, and productivity tools. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document outcomes in an EMR.
