Full job description

Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 3 - 6 months assignment with option to extend near Lincoln Park, CO. CO license required.

Shift: 5x8 weekly. Need full time.
No call.
No weekend.
Independent CRNA model.
Block knowledge preferred but not necessary.
Needs to be comfortable with spinals.
No need for OB experience- full time CRNAs will take care of OB.
Types of cases: General, GYN, ortho, regional, urology, podiatry, GI and some ENT.
EMR: Epic.
Must have CO license.
Certification Requirement: ACLS, BLS, Board Certified, PALS.
Credentialing timeframe: 60 days.
$1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
$Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
