• Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm with 30-minute lunch break
• Patient volume up to 30 patients per day
• Patients ages 2 and up
• New clinic -- volume may vary as practice grows
• New patient evals, H+Ps, follow-ups, sick visits, annuals
• Specialist referrals required
• Hospital privileges required
• BLS certification required
