We are searching for a visual designer to support client work from conception to completion. This role will collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally to execute on multiple projects simultaneously to meet and exceed client needs. This role will ensure strategic, people-centric, bold, thoughtful, and detail-oriented design that solves client challenges in order to meet business outcomes.

In this role, you will report to the creative lead and account directors, who will drive the strategy and direction for the creative and design team. You will support the strategic goals of the company by focusing on the success of these activities and assisting with meeting the short and long-term objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Execute top quality designs across multiple channels
  • Suggest strategies and design elements for different client needs
  • Ability to multitask several projects and meet deadlines
  • Enhance and create designs to increase engagement and results on omnichannel projects
  • Create style and tone of communication for projects
  • 3+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team 
  • Experience developing brand concepts, designs, mood boards, and campaigns
  • B2C design and copy experience, ideally within CPG/retail, beauty, household appliances, electronics or automotive
  • Creative, out-of-the box, detail oriented, flexible
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Suite
  • Possesses a high level of problem-solving ability in order to develop the solutions needed to address clients needs
  • Ability to create high-quality work with quick turnarounds
  • Portfolio of relevant work experience focused on various design elements
  • A solid working knowledge and passion for the digital environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and a very high level of attention to detail
  • Inquisitive nature with the ability to ask questions and push your work
  • Ability to design pitch decks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in teams both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills
  • Follow through and ownership of getting a job completed on time and in-budget even in with tight deadlines
