️ Lucrative Compensation Base salary $178K-$216K , annual merit increases, shift differentials, weekend stipends, and a five-year retention bonus .
️ Flexible Scheduling Choose from 10- and 12-hour shifts , with options for days, nights, weekends, and swing shifts. Work-life balance is a priority!
️ High-Acuity Cases Work with neuro, large vascular, surg/onc, ENT, OB, ortho, and more in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. No cardiac cases.
️ Supportive Team Culture CRNAs and AAs work collaboratively , with strong mentorship available for new grads .
