Speech Therapist

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Therapist for their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) to provide patient-centered speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services in post-acute and outpatient settings. In this role, you will complete evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver individualized therapy focused on restoring function and independence. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to coordinate care and achieve measurable outcomes. You will receive structured mentorship, regular supervision, and ongoing clinical training to support CFY completion and professional growth. Responsibilities include accurate documentation, participation in care conferences, and educating patients and caregivers.
