Full job description

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Surgical Stepdown unit. In this role, you will provide complex post-surgical care, closely monitor vital signs and telemetry, administer medications, and manage wounds and drains. You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge.
