General Dentist (GP) – Dansville, NY
Our well-established private practice in Dansville, NY is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team at A Smile By Design. With decades of trusted care in the community, this practice offers a unique opportunity to step into a stable, patient-focused environment with a loyal patient base and a strong, experienced team.
Schedule
- Full-time schedule (hours to be discussed)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices
- Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
- Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active New York dental license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- New graduates and experienced dentists encouraged to apply
Pay & Compensation
- Competitive compensation with strong earning potential
- Daily guarantee or 30% of collections (whichever is greater) for the first 6 months
- After 6 months:
- 30% of collections up to $50,000/month
- 35% of collections over $50,000/month
- $10,000 sign-on / relocation bonus
- $5,000 CE allowance + professional development support
- $3,000 malpractice and annual retention allowance

- Potential equity participation (doctor ownership model)
