About RK Motors

RK Motors is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Milwaukee, WI, offering $28–$40/hour with weekly pay. This Monday–Friday position provides hourly compensation without flat-rate pressure, along with medical, dental, and vision insurance. Technicians work on a broad mix of Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles in a team-based environment where workflow is shared and experienced technicians have room to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform intermediate to advanced automotive diagnostics
• Troubleshoot emissions and vehicle communication issues
• Complete general automotive repairs, maintenance, and suspension work
• Inspect vehicles and document findings
• Perform R&R and undercarriage repairs
• Work with the Service Advisor and owner to communicate repair findings

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong B-Level or A-Level automotive repair skills
• Intermediate to advanced diagnostic ability
• Experience with drivability, electrical, maintenance, and suspension work
• Experience working with rust and corrosion-related repairs
• ASE Certifications preferred but not required
• Own professional automotive tools
