Kitchen Manager | Requirements & Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant leadership (Culinary team)
  • Proven success leading restaurants generating $5M+ in annual sales
  • Strong financial management, including labor, food, and controllable costs
  • Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high-performance teams
  • Deep understanding of upscale dining, and guest relations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with restaurant technology platforms and operational reporting systems
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
