Entry-Level Registered Nurse

Essentia Health is seeking a New Grad RN to join our patient-centered team serving communities across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota. In this role, you’ll provide holistic, evidence-based nursing care under the guidance of experienced RNs, supporting patients through assessment, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, educate patients and families, and uphold safety and quality standards.
