Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient physical therapy experience is required
• Flu vaccine is required
• Own transportation is required

Assignment Details

• Monday-Friday schedule
• 8-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts, to be determined with the manager
• Shared housing available with no guests and no pets
