Sonographer

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Pediatric Sonographer to perform high-quality ultrasound exams for infants, children, and adolescents in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This role conducts diagnostic pediatric imaging, optimizes image quality, and supports accurate clinical decisions while providing compassionate care to patients and families. The Pediatric Sonographer follows established protocols, maintains equipment and safety standards, and documents procedures within the EMR.
