Ensure parts are properly cleaned, powder-free, and meet quality standards.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>As a Dye Operator you will:</b></p> <ul> <li>Process production work orders using FIFO.</li> <li>Load, wash, prepare, dye, rinse, dry, inspect, and package parts according to Standard Work.</li> <li>Verify dye bath parameters before processing and perform bath refreshes as required.</li> <li>Operate automatic washers, dye tanks, rinse stations, drying equipment, and related equipment safely.</li> <li>Maintain batch documentation and traceability throughout the process.</li> <li>Inspect parts for color consistency and surface quality.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.</li> <li>Report quality, equipment, and safety concerns promptly.</li> <li>Work effectively with other operators to meet production goals.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><b>This is a full time opportunity</b></p> <p><b>The ideal candidate will have:</b></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.</li> <li>Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.</li> <li>Ability to follow written work instructions.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and time management.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li> <li>Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.</li> <li>Monday to Friday shifts available</li> <li>Other positions and shifts available</li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><b>Preferred Skills & Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>Experience in manufacture.</li> <li>Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Experience working in an ITAR-regulated facility.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><b>Schedule:</b> 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Overtime may be required)<br /> <b>Days:</b> Monday through Friday<br /> <b>Pay:</b> $21.00-22.00 per hour</p> <p> </p> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW </b>for immediate consideration!
