Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Virginia PT license
Home Health experience
Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) for documentation and PointCare
Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
On-call or weekend requirement: None
Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
