• Oversee and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards
• Lead, motivate, and support team members in a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development
• Manage shift operations efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, while maintaining attention to detail
• Handle cash management, financial transactions, and reconciliation with accuracy and transparency
• Assist in inventory management, supply ordering, and stock rotation to optimize store resources
• Respond promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries and resolve issues with a customer-focused approach
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and strict adherence to food safety and health standards
• Participate in food preparation and delivery processes as needed to support team operations
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies, analyze performance metrics, and achieve organizational goals
• Train, develop, and mentor new team members, providing constructive feedback and support for their career growth
• Assist in scheduling, payroll management, and workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing levels
• Demonstrate resilience and decisive problem-solving in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure transparency and alignment on objectives

• Proven experience in food service or retail management (preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
• Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly, positive, and empathetic attitude
• Proficiency in cash handling, basic math skills, and financial accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with decisive decision-making skills
• Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and other store technology platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
