VNS Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home and community settings throughout New York City. In this Guaranteed Flex Pay role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and help patients improve mobility, safety, and independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document care in the EMR.
