Position Highlights

About the Role
A non-profit Hospital in the Tallahassee, FL area is hiring a full-time acute care OT, and new grads are encouraged to apply. You'll work a high-acuity caseload spanning the ICU, trauma, stroke, and complex post-op, with treatment times that flex to what each patient actually needs rather than a hard cap. An 8-week structured onboarding pairs you with a senior preceptor so you ramp up with real support, and a well-staffed PRN pool keeps weekend coverage light, around 1 in 8. Patient education sits at the center of the role: helping people understand their condition and how their body will respond to treatment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active or pending Florida OT license
• New grads encouraged, acute care experience a plus
• Team player who adapts well to changing caseloads
• Servant-leader mindset
