Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $100,000-$140,000 annually
Pay Type: Salary
Pay Schedule: Weekly, via direct deposit on Fridays

Massimo Bottino founded Massimo Motorworks in 2004, bringing decades of automotive experience and a meticulous approach to his work. His passion for cars began at age 14 in 1988, and after moving to the U.S., he expanded his expertise by working on multiple vehicle manufacturers at various repair shops. He is known for his straightforward, down-to-earth approach and commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and identify complex vehicle issues.
- Take primary responsibility for higher-level diagnostic work.
- Complete larger and more complex automotive repairs requiring significant experience and technical skill.
- Work primarily on European vehicles, including newer and older models.
- Document vehicle findings and repair needs as part of the shop's repair workflow.
- Work within Tekmetric and digital vehicle inspection processes as implementation is completed.
- Order parts when preferred or necessary, although parts ordering is not normally a technician responsibility.
Qualifications
- Master, A-Level, or strong near-Master automotive technician skill level.
- 4-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Strong automotive diagnostic abilities.
- Ability to perform complex and larger automotive repair jobs.
- Comfortable working primarily on European vehicles.
- Independent repair shop or dealership experience is acceptable.
- Tekmetric and DVI experience are not required; training is available.
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000-$140,000 annual salary, with compensation within the range based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Paid weekly via direct deposit on Fridays.
