Registered Dietitian

VNS Health seeks a Registered Dietitian to provide hospice home care services to patients in Manhattan. In this role, you will complete comprehensive nutritional assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary hospice team to support symptom management and quality of life. You will educate patients, families, and caregivers on nutrition strategies, document care in the EMR, and coordinate community resources.
