MedStar Health seeks a Night Shift Clinical Pharmacist to support ED and ICU teams in a high-acuity hospital environment. You will verify and optimize medication orders, perform pharmacokinetic dosing, prepare and oversee sterile compounding, and round with providers for critically ill and emergency patients. Responsibilities include code and rapid response support, medication reconciliation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses and physicians, contribute to protocols, precept learners, and leverage advanced clinical tools in a patient-first, mission-driven health system.
