COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Geriatric Care Physician (FM, IM, BCGM)
  • Up to $280K + bonus (Overall comp up to 325K first year)
  • $50K Sign-on bonus plus 10K bonus first year
  • Up to 20K relocation assistance
  • 5% 401K match
  • 3% annual merit pay increase with quality performance
  • Interview travel expenses paid for
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Geriatric Care Physician (FM, IM, BCGM)
  • 100% Outpatient - Geriatrics only
  • Well trusted, Physician-lead healthcare org. with over 120+ locations in 15 states
  • Manageable caseload - patient focused organization
  • Monday – Friday work week, no weekends
  • Onsite lab, Pharmacy, and X-Ray in most locations (120+ locations in 15 states)

  • BC / BE - FM, IM, or Geriatrician
  • New residents and experienced providers welcome to apply
