Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facility. The LPN will deliver hands-on nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident conditions, and support interdisciplinary care plans.
