An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley (just 20 minutes to Salem and 1 hour to Portland) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative outpatient primary care team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking strong compensation, quality of life, and the ability to practice patient-centered medicine within a community-focused health system.

100% outpatient Internal Medicine
Adult-only patient panel
Established patient base with strong community need
Collaborative, team-based primary care environment
Rural Health Clinic setting with strong clinical support
Lean, physician-led culture with strong APP collaboration
Opportunity to care for more medically complex chronic disease populations
Flexible, relationship-driven practice model
Schedule & Call

4 or 5 day work week available
Expected patient volume: 18–20/day
Shared clinic call rotation
Very light phone-only call burden
Most after-hours concerns handled through nurse triage service
Compensation & Benefits

$325K base salary
RVU incentive opportunity
$25K sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance available
34 days PTO year one
CME allowance + licensure reimbursement

Candidate Requirements

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine
New graduates welcome
Comfortable managing chronic disease and medically complex adult patients
