Overview:

Traveling General Laborer

Are you looking for a job that lets you travel to different locations, work with a team, and gain hands-on experience? SPAR Marketing Force is looking for Traveling General Laborers to support retail store remodels, new store setups, fixture installations, and other projects across multiple states.

If you have experience in general labor, construction, remodeling, installation, merchandising, warehouse work, or similar hands-on roles, we want to hear from you!

This is a travel-based position, and you must be willing to travel for the duration of assigned projects. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone are required.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Assist with retail store remodels and new store setups
  • Assemble and disassemble fixtures and displays
  • Move, lift, and install materials and fixtures
  • Stock and merchandise products as directed
  • Follow project instructions and complete assigned tasks
  • Assist with signage, shelving, and store displays
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work collaboratively with team members and store management
  • Complete physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
  • Stand and work on your feet for extended periods

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in merchandising, construction, remodeling, installation, warehouse, or general labor is preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to travel to various project locations across multiple states
  • Comfortable working 8–10+ hour shifts
  • Comfortable working nights when required
  • Basic hand-tool skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
  • Team-oriented and dependable
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Personal cell phone and valid email address
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
