Full job description

Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in comfort units, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the assembly line with precision and care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Lubbock, TX

Pay Range: $15.00

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (possible overtime on Saturday)

What's the Job?

  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment
  • Work from blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors to assemble comfort units
  • Mount, align, and operate assembly equipment to ensure proper fit and function
  • Complete necessary paperwork for documentation of assembly work
  • Package units and parts with all necessary components including warranties and manuals, selecting appropriate packaging materials to protect the product

  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to sit and stand for the duration of the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
