Facilities Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance support team supporting building operations and ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician

Location: Tualatin, OR

Pay Range: $25-30/hr BOE

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Complete weekly and monthly preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation of facilities
• Perform general handyman repairs, including swapping door handles and securing netting
• Support site closing activities and assist with miscellaneous tasks around the facility
• Escort contractors and ensure compliance with PPE requirements
• Complete checklists and reports in a timely manner to maintain accurate documentation
• This is a temporary role lasting through March 2027

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or related field
• Experience with HVAC systems, PIT certification, or Corrigo is a plus but not required
• Ability to troubleshoot power, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
