MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Government Compliance Analyst to join our team in Washington, D.C..

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform complex research and analysis on property and asset accounting procedures, applying FAR/DAR and DoDFMR regulations to deliver strategic client solutions and recommendations.
  • Lead PP&E audit remediation, conduct operational reviews, and develop corrective action plans to address gaps in preparation for financial statement audits.
  • Coordinate business process activities and work with the CFO Team to evaluate audit findings, recommend process improvements, and drive the implementation of new asset accounting procedures.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, briefings, and client work products for asset special projects in alignment with established project plans.
  • Manage, track, and audit periodic inventories for accountable property, including Government Furnished Equipment, GOTS, COTS, and consumable products.
  • Direct disposition activities for accountable property and serve as a key liaison/interface for external reviews and audits.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships across internal teams, government leadership, and associate contractor property representatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in federal accounting and business processes. An additional four years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in auditing and/or remediation.
  • Willing and able to travel within the organizational area of responsibility (35% travel)

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and JAFAN 6/0 eligibility
  • SSBI completed within the past 6 years
  • Must be able to obtain SCI prior to starting

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
