A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Human Resource Payroll Manager. Position type: Full Time Duration: Direct Hire Location: Wayne, PA As a Human Resource Payroll Manager, you will:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Lead end-to-end payroll operations for U.S. and Canadian employees, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Manage payroll schedules, payroll reconciliations, reporting cycles, and payroll-related activities in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Partner with Human Resources, Finance, Tax, and external payroll vendors to ensure seamless payroll processing, system integration, and data accuracy.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Oversee payroll tax filings, remittances, year-end reporting, and compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local payroll regulations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Monitor changes in payroll legislation and ensure organizational compliance with IRS, CRA, and other regulatory agency requirements.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Lead payroll audits, internal controls, and risk mitigation initiatives to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payroll inquiries, issue resolution, and employee concerns.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Manage, mentor, and develop payroll team members by establishing performance expectations, providing coaching, and fostering professional growth.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Drive payroll process improvements through automation, technology enhancements, and best practice implementation.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Develop and maintain payroll reporting and analytics to support business decisions and provide strategic insights to leadership.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce changes, acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and payroll-related business initiatives.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Monitor payroll service levels, KPIs, and operational metrics to ensure a high-quality employee experience and operational excellence.</li></ul> The ideal candidate will have:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Minimum 5–7 years of progressive payroll experience, with experience in a leadership role. </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Proven expertise in both U.S. and Canadian payroll processing and tax compliance. </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Strong understanding of payroll systems and HRIS integrations. </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP GlobalView – advanced proficiency in payroll processing and reporting. </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Oracle HCM Cloud – experience with payroll data management, integrations, and reporting. </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 8pt">CPP or PCP certification</li></ul> Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
