Encompass Health is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver compassionate, hands-on rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic activities, instruct patients in daily living skills, and educate families on home programs. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team, document progress accurately, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment focused on restoring function and independence, while enjoying meaningful career growth in a high-quality, patient-centered organization.
