Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active license to practice in Alabama
• Home health experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Coverage areas include Escambia County, Monroe County, and Conecuh County
• Mileage is reimbursed between patient visits, from first patient to last patient
