Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility

• Schedule: 0800-1630
• Workdays: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri

Location Highlights

Montesano is a small Grays Harbor community about 35 miles from Ocean Shores and about 50 miles from Olympic National Park access points. Lake Sylvia State Park is within roughly 3 miles of central Montesano and offers forest trails and freshwater recreation suited to a quieter lifestyle. Aberdeen is about 10 miles west and provides additional dining and shopping, while U.S. Route 12 connects Montesano to Olympia in about 45 miles for regional travel and city amenities. The Chehalis River runs through town, and the surrounding area offers access to coastal drives, state park day trips, and a slower-paced setting in southwest Washington.
