Physical Therapist

Proactive Physical Therapy seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload using evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to design individualized care plans that restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve function.
