IT Test Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and electronics industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Test Technician to join their team. As an IT Test Technician, you will be an integral part of the technical support team, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and hardware. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Test Technician

Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Pay Range: $22.00-$23.00/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday- 2nd Shift- 2:00pm-10:30pm

What's the Job?

• Troubleshoot and debug computers to identify system failures
• Assist with hardware and electronics system problem-solving
• Help identify potential issues with main-frame computers
• Connect laptops and run diagnostic checks to ensure system integrity
• Support the team in maintaining optimal system performance

What's Needed?

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for computer systems
• Experience with hardware and electronics troubleshooting
• Knowledge of IT networks and computer systems preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks as needed
