Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
Pay Type: Flat Rate
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Earning Potential: $105,000-$150,000+ annually
Typical Flagged Hours: Top technicians regularly flag 60+ hours per week

We are seeking an A-level technician with experience working on Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus andother Asian brands to join a highly respected independent repair shop in Richmond, VA. Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and repairs, primarily on Honda, Toyota, Acura, and Lexus vehicles
Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, drivability, steering, suspension, braking, and HVAC systems
Complete timing belt services, wheel bearing replacements, brake repairs, maintenance services, and complex mechanical repairs
Utilize ALLDATA, scan tools, and diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and resolve vehicle concerns
Perform clear and complete Digital Vehicle Inspections
Perform Virginia State Inspections
Communicate with service advisors regarding repair recommendations and vehicle status
Maintain accurate repair documentation and high-quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Qualifications
8+ years of professional automotive repair experience required
Strong experience servicing Honda, Toyota, Acura, and Lexus vehicles required
Advanced automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in an independent repair facility and/or dealership environment
Virginia State Inspection License required
ASE Certifications are a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Flat-rate pay: $35-$45 per flagged hour, based on qualifications
Earning potential: Current A-Level technicians earn $120,000-$150,000+ annually
Current technicians average 60+ hours per week
