Sales Consultant Open House Interview Day – North Olmsted, OH

Sleep Outfitters is growing, and we’re hosting an Open House Interview Day for motivated Retail Sales Consultants.

Join us Friday, October 23, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at our Sleep Outfitters store in North Olmsted:

4690 Great Northern Blvd.
North Olmsted, OH 44070

We are hiring for opportunities at stores in Elyria, North Olmsted, and Fairview Park.

About the Role

Sales Consultants create a relaxed, educational shopping experience while helping customers find the right sleep solution. You’ll use our exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic system, mobile technology, and proven sales process to understand customer needs and recommend products that improve their sleep.

What We’re Looking For

  • Motivated, energetic individuals who enjoy helping customers

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and a retail schedule

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with showroom activities and customer purchases

  • Bilingual English/Spanish or other language skills are a plus

  • Previous retail, sales, furniture, mattress, commissioned sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
