ER RN Flow Coordinator

As an ER RN Flow Coordinator at TriStar Health, you will coordinate emergency department patient flow while delivering expert RN care in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. You’ll manage throughput, bed placement, and triage priorities, partnering with physicians, charge nurses, and ancillary teams to reduce wait times and support quality outcomes. Using evidence-based protocols and EMR tools, you monitor capacity, escalate resource needs, and ensure safe handoffs. You’ll champion a patient-first culture, contribute to performance improvement initiatives, and mentor staff, with opportunities for growth across TriStar’s regional network.
