Full job description

The Administrative Specialist is responsible to assist the operations staff with managing and monitoring employee clock-in and clock-out activity and oversee time-keeping activities in the unit, and general office responsibilities.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: 

  • $22K - $23K Per Hour

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the operations staff with managing and monitoring employee clock-in and clock-out activity and oversee time-keeping activities in the unit.
  • General office duties to include but not limited to filing, telephone routing and messages, etc.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with clerical duties and responsibilities

Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)

  • Must have strong computer skills using Microsoft Office Products including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent time management skills required
  • Strong organizational, analytical and leadership skills required

Language / Communication Skills:

  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
