Location: Bothell, WA

Compensation: $110,000-$120,000/yr.

Capstone Physical Therapy is a local therapist-owned outpatient private practice in Whatcom, Snohomish, and Skagit counties. We offer Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. We are an evidence-based practice that emphasizes skilled and specialty care therapy. 


Capstone Physical Therapy is seeking a full time Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for our clinic in Bothell. The Clinic Director will lead the daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional patient care, and strong clinical outcomes. This role includes mentoring and supporting the clinic team while driving clinic growth through community engagement, referral development, and patient‑centered service.

  • Manage clinic performance, including scheduling, productivity, and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, documentation standards, and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve strategic, financial, and operational goals.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture that supports teamwork and continuous improvement.

  • Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) program.
  • Current or eligible for Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Washington.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development, clinical excellence, and leadership growth.
  • Proven ability to mentor clinicians, support staff development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills appropriate for leading clinic operations and supporting strategic goals.
