Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Home health experience
* HCHB experience
* Bachelor's Degree
Assignment Details
* Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
* Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
* Shift days: Monday - Friday
* Weekend requirement: None
* Coverage area includes Putnam, Cabell, and Wayne counties
