Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the maintenance team, setting priorities and coordinating activities to support safe, efficient operations.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and the upkeep of production equipment, facilities, and utilities.
- Support capital projects and maintenance planning by coordinating resources, contractors, tools, and technical requirements.
- Monitor maintenance performance, analyze equipment reliability, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and overall plant performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent working experience.
- 5-8 years of maintenance engineering or production operations within a manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years in a leadership position with direct reports.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, and basic engineering aspects of production equipment. Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
- Preferred: experience with rotating equipment and PLCs.
